Player Biography

Acquired: Signed as a free agent on Feb. 10, 2015.

2014:
 (Ottawa) Selected by the REDBLACKS from Edmonton’s roster in the CFL Expansion Draft. Krausnick dressed for 18 games, starting three.

2013: (Edmonton) Krausnick spent the first six weeks of the season on the injured list after sustaining a knee injury during training camp. He was activated in Week 7 and dressed for nine games.

2012: (Saskatchewan) Krausnick dressed for 12 regular season games.

2011: (Saskatchewan) Selected by the Saskatchewan Roughriders in the fourth round (27th overall) of the 2011 CFL Canadian Draft. He dressed for 18 games as a back-up offensive lineman and saw action on special teams as a short snapper.

College: Krausnick spent four seasons with the Calgary Dinos. He twice played in the Vanier Cup and was named a Canada West All-Star.  

Personal: Krausnick has an identical twin brother. In addition to football, he also played rugby, curling, basketball, soccer and baseball growing up.
