Customer Service Will Call Staff – Game Days
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
 
Provide superior customer service to clients
Organize and distribute “will call” tickets
Problem-solve by effectively communicating in regards to will-call/guest list tickets
Assist with miscellaneous box office projects
 
Qualifications
           
Must be available in accordance to the Edmonton Eskimo Home schedule
Capable of communicating effectively with guests to establish their needs efficiently and courteously
Ability to work under pressure and provide exceptional customer service.
Must be 16 years of age or older

Compensation per game worked (shifts approximately 31/2 - 5 hours)
